The technology renovation system of China Electronics Corporation (Briefly, CEC) is co-approved by State Economy and Trade Committee, Ministry of Finance, Head office of State Revenue, General Administration of Customs as a state-leveled enterprise (Group) technology center. CEC Information Technology Research Institute ( briefly, CECRI), as the source and head of CEC technology renovation system assumes responsibility in building up and perfecting a science & technology renovation system, and in realizing an optimized matching of corporation science & technology resources to provide technological support for the development of the corporation. The ICCAD system──Zeni system with proprietary intellectual property right put forward by CEC is the first of its kind and tops the world level.
