Corporation Profile
Amoi Electronics Company is established
in August, 1981. It is the first joint-venture in
Xiamen, founded by contributions from CEC, Huaxia
Group, Hongkong Xinli Corporation. It is a powerful
and internationalized CEC subsidiary in science
& technology

renovation and undertakes R&D, manufacturing and marketing
of consumer products, telecommunication and digital audio-video
& IT products.
Amoi Electronics is confident of its brand and acquires
much experience in market exploration. It is especially
strong in the R&D of mobile telecommunication, digital
audio-video products and in large-scaled production, all
of which have scored compelling achievements. In 2003,
it has finished the construction of a producing base occupying
an area of 400, 000 sq.m. and has realized total selling
of 6 million mobile phones. Amoi is also a famous brand
producer of digital audio-video and IT products in the
state.
In June 4th, 1997, Amoi Electronics Co.Ltd, a subsidiary
of Amoi Electronics company is officially listed in Shanghai
Securities Exchange. In August 16th, 2003, Amoi is ranked
the first in the 2003 “China Sci-tech 100 Mighties” co-evaluated
by the authoritative advisory institute Anbang and Journal
Digital Commerce Era. In September, 2003, Amoi is ranked
as the second according to the first-time evaluation by
the famous Global Competitiveness Organization on the
1243 listed corporations in China.
Today, Amoi has formed a product system which is mainly
made up 6 departments: mobile phone, video, audio, telecommunication,
photoelectricity. It has been successfully transferred
from a traditional audio-video enterprise to a comprehensive
electronics enterprises embracing 3C (computer, communication,
Consumer Electronics).
